One mission.
One quarter.
One new recipe.
Recipe Book Lab is a fourteen-week mentorship for founders and leaders building their own operating manual.

We start January 11, 2027

Diezvelada attendees get a debrief on November 12, 2026.

If you join RBL by October 25, you get a complimentary Spiral Forward call with Pam in December so you can start 2027 with intention.

What is RBL?
You choose one meaningful mission. You spend fourteen weeks building the systems, the internal identity, and leadership practices to accomplish it.

At the end of the quarter you have the thing you set out to do. You also have the recipe for how you did it, written down, so the next time is faster.
Why Recipe Book Lab?
A recipe is a set of instructions that worked, written down so it can be followed again. Most people are handed someone else's. They follow it exactly, it doesn't come out right, and they decide the problem is them.

First-generation leaders have usually been improvising the whole time. There was no manual for the room you walked into, so you built your way through it and moved on without writing anything down. The knowledge lives in your body and disappears the second you need it again.

The Lab is where you write it down. You bring one mission, you cook it, and you record what actually worked in your kitchen with your ingredients. That becomes a recipe you own.

Fourteen weeks, one recipe. Do it for a few quarters and you have a book nobody handed you.
The Restaurant Method
Guests only ever see the dining room. The kitchen prepares everything before the doors open, and that preparation is what makes the meal possible. Leadership works the same way.

The Restaurant Method is the framework you'll use inside the Lab to build the back of house for your mission, so the front of house holds when it matters.
Who is this for?
Founders who want practical strategy alongside nervous system regulation and sustainable leadership.

Executives and senior leaders who want to stay regulated under pressure and lead well while they do it.

You have one thing you have been circling for months. This is the quarter you finish it.
Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to face it alone.

This is for you if:

  • You have one thing you've been circling for months and it's still sitting there.
  • You've bought the course, saved the framework, and never built the version that fits how you actually work.
  • You want strategy and nervous system work in the same room, from the same person.
  • You're leading people, or about to be, and want to do it without leaving your body behind.
  • You'd rather finish one thing this quarter than start six.

Hola. I'm Pam Covarrubias
I've spent two decades doing this work. The first decade on myself. The second with hundreds of first-generation leaders navigating the distance between what they built and how it feels to be inside it.

I'm a Certified Clinical EFT practitioner, a somatic practitioner, and Brainspotting-trained, and Certified Life Coach. I've been coaching and providing strategy to first-gen founders for a decade, which is where most of these recipes got tested out loud before they were ever written down. I built the Recipe Book Lab because nobody handed my grandmother one, or my mother, or me.

What they got instead was improvisation under pressure and no way to pass it on. In the Lab the strategy is practical and the work happens in your body, because a plan you cannot stay regulated inside of is a plan you will not run.

We may not come with a built in recipe, we build it together and do it with a regulated nervous system.
You got Qs, we got As
  • How much time does this take each week?
Sixty minutes on Monday morning, plus whatever your mission asks of you. The rhythm alternates, so half the weeks are working calls and half are office hours where you show up with questions or work quietly alongside everyone.
  • What if I don't know my mission yet?
That's the first call. You come with a short list or a vague pull, and you leave with one thing named clearly enough to work.
  • Is this for founders or for people with jobs?
Both. Founders bring missions like pricing, hiring, or launching. Executives bring missions like leading a team, difficult conversations, or building presence in rooms that weren't built for them.
  • What's the difference between the Lab and the Kitchen Pass?
The Lab is the group. The Kitchen Pass adds three private hours with me and voice messaging access in between, for people who want their mission worked on directly.
  • Can I do a payment plan?
Absolutely. Three monthly payments for either tier, listed at checkout.
  • What happens at the end of the quarter?
You have your recipe written down and the thing you set out to do is done. The next quarter opens in April with a new mission.
  • What if I miss a Monday?
Every session is recorded. You'll have the replay, and office hours are the place to bring anything you want to work through after watching.
  • What's your refund policy?
Just like a KarolG concert, we want you to invest responsibly. Drop your coins where your priorities are. All payments received are non-refundable. If you're already doubting, this might not be your quarter, and next quarter will be here.
